Product Description:

Aluminized steel is a cold rolled based metal that has been hot-dipped with an aluminum/silicon alloy on both sides. It is typically used for heat resistant applications such as firewalls, mufflers, burner housings, and baking pans.

Aluminized is available as Type 1 or Type 2, in gauges ranging from .0142 to .070 (our limit), tempers ranging from CS type B to EDDS+, and coating weights of T1-13, T1-25, T1-40, and T1-60.
